Health Research Fundamentals: Clarification regarding Question 8 from Assignment 12

2018-03-08

Dear candidates,

Please note that the correct answer to Question 8 from Assignment 12 (10% norm states that the sample size has to be increased 10% for each confounder added) is a. True

The answer was wrongly marked as 'b. False' due to an 'entry error' in the system.

So, we will assign 1 mark to all of those who submitted assignment 12. However, this mark will not be shown when you click 'progress tab'. We assure that these mark will be added to the final score for calculation.

2018-02-05

The discussion forum by default does not subscribe members to the google groups, enabling communication by email.
There is a button called "Ask a Question" on the Ask a Question tab click join this group - which will subscribe you to the forum by email.
The advantage is that questions asked on the forum will be delivered to your inbox and your reply can be done through email, which will get posted on the forum, instead of logging into the portal everytime.

There is also the subscribe by "Digest" option (go to google groups->choose this forum group -> Manage -> All members -> choose your id -> Actions ->Change delivery setting).
This will group the posts and send single email.
