Here is the much-awaited announcement on registering for the NPTEL Online certification Non-Proctored Honour code Exam for students not residing in India. Registration is open from 3rd March 2015 to 15th March 2015.The non-proctored honour code exam is on March 29th 1 PM IST to March 30th 1 PM IST and is open only for students who have enrolled with their country as Non-India. Students in India, please do not send us email requesting for any inclusions. The Non-proctored honour code exam is not for students in India.We do hope you will use this opportunity to write the NPTEL Online Certification exam. NPTEL wishes you the very best. 6) You would have to upload the screen shot of the money transfer in the registration form to complete it. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

8) The e-certificate will have your final score- which is a combination of your assignment score - based on best of 3 assignments (50%) and final exam score (50%).

Instructions for Non-Proctored Honour code Exam:
1) Download the PDF of the question paper of the course exam (s) you have registered from the websitehttps://onlinecourses.nptel.ac.in in the suitable "Exam" Course that would be available for this purpose. The Question paper will be made available from 29th March 2015 1 PM to 30th March 1 PM IST - 24 hours.
2) Only PDFs will be accepted as the final answer sheet. Answer PDFs must be uploaded back in the websitehttps://onlinecourses.nptel.ac.in in the suitable "Exam" Course that would be available for this purpose. This upload would be possible only from the email id with which you enrolled and registered. Format of answer PDFs to be submitted:
(a) Hand written and scanned (or)
(b) Typed and converted to PDF.
3) Only 1 PDF per course will be accepted. Ensure readability/clarity of final PDF document uploaded.
4) Evaluation will be done only for answer sheets for courses registered.
5) Last submitted answer PDF will be considered for evaluation.
6) Answer sheets cannot be submitted after 1 PM IST on 30th March 2015.
